No matter what kind of employee you are looking for Guille is that person. This guy is a true unicorn. Every day I’m impressed with his skill set and maturity. He is 200% dedicated to everything he’s doing. He can take your business to the next level, organize work in a project, do full stack development and even design (if he has to). At the same time he always has time to take care of people around him (endless supply of empathy and positive attitude). I’ve never had a better manager and a colleague.
